Roles and Responsibilities:
• Scan contracts
• Create and mail billings
• Deposit company checks
• Contact customers regarding past-due payments
• Generate and scan invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements, verify transactions and address issues
• Contact vendors via phone and written correspondence
• Receive, barcode, and inventory of equipment
• Create purchase orders and call vendors for updated statements
• Provide telephone support for the receptionist
Qualifications:
• 1-2 Years of accounting experience preferred
• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance a plus
• Exceptional Customer Service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
• Detail-oriented
