Be at least 25 years old
Have at least 2 year driving experience.
Have no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
Have no "at fault" accidents within the past 2 years
Have no DUI (within the past 5 years)
Have no Reckless Driving (within the past 5 years)
No suspended License (within the past 3 years)
No driving on Suspended License (within the past 3 years)
