Job Duties to include, but not limited to:

Checking email and correspondence
Maintaining personal and work schedule
Research
Writing Copy/Dictation
Social Media
Errands

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience supporting one or more senior level executives
• Eager to grow and thrive in a long-term executive support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with all levels of management and staff; must have the ability to write, edit and proofread with precision
• Demonstrates strong follow through and a creative approach to problem solving
• Excellent judgment and discretion in regard to sensitive or confidential information
• Highly organized and able to manage and prioritize diverse responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Tech savvy with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
