? prev ? next ? Confianza Import Clearance, www.cimportc.com, a licensed Customs House Broker located near Montebello, is seeking a part time employee / Import Entry Writer.

Though a 20-30 hrs per week part time position offering flexible work hours at $12.50/hr to begin with, depend on your industry related experience and work performance, this part time job may lead to full time position.

Under the direction and supervision of the Customs Broker, this position is responsible for all aspects of assigned accounts by processing import shipments and all related activities such as data entry and traffic coordination required to correctly process goods through customs in order to affect timely customs release.

Requirements:
Some knowledge of import customs clearance and regulation per CFR Title 19
Some experience working with or in Customs House Brokers
Must be highly organized, detail driven and thrive in a fast paced business environment
Work well within a team environment and have a can do attitude
Business oriented work habits and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong computer skills and experience with Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Windows)
