As part of our expansion program, we are looking to hire 2 full-time Accountants. The roles will include handling of general accounting duties which specifically covers A/R and A/P functions; Preparation of month-end closing entries, expense accruals, depreciation calculations and prepaid amortizations; Handling of account/bank reconciliations; Preparation of year-end audit and tax schedules; And, performing other job related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Applicants must be proficient with QuickBooks, Outlook, and Excel programs. Candidates should also possess excellent verbal/written communication skills, be very detail oriented and thorough. Fast learner, honest and should be able to work independently. Flexible yet thorough and possesses the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while working productively in a team-oriented environment. College Degree a must! Masters Degree and candidacy in acquiring CPA license would be an advantage but not required. Newly graduates are welcome to apply since we provide a very good on-the-job accounting training exposure. We provide company sponsorship to the qualified individuals.
