Job Description

Digital post production company seeking a part-time Field Representative Technician that will provide customer support in the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

The Technician will act as the front line representative of the company and will be responsible for providing our clients with technical updates. The majority of the time will be spent on the road at our client locations.

We will teach you the content of our updates and train you how to convey these to our clients.
The atmosphere is friendly, and the dress is casual.

Job Responsibilities include:

On Location Training of Software and Hardware
On Location Customer Service and Support
Driving to and from customer locations to our office in North Hollywood.
Phone call answering and problem solving.

Qualifications

? Must be disciplined, self-motivated, service-oriented and customer-oriented.
? Effectively presents information and responds positively to questions and inquiries.
? Organized, detail-oriented and tech-savvy
? A CLEAN driving record and reliable transportation
? Friendly, outgoing personality, well groomed and professional in appearance
? Must have a technical background and be familiar with Microsoft Office
? BiLingual Candidates a plus!
