You MUST have the following qualifications and experience:

(1) Graduated from a top 20 law school or have been in the top 30% of your class at a top quality regional ABA accredited law school (e.g., Loyola or Hastings).

(2) At least 2 years experience at an AV rated law firm (federal clerkships count as a year's experience at a firm).

(3) stellar writing skills.
