We are currently seeking a skilled front-office assistant to add to our growing team who will be responsible for:
-Greeting clients and checking pets in and out of our system
-Processing client payments and maintaining the cash drawer
-Educating clients on the dog daycare and doing tours of the premises
-Communicating all client questions and/or concerns to management and resolving them accordingly
-Ordering supplies and doing inventory periodically
-Entering in and organizing all client files and information
-Liaising with dog daycare assistants to ensure that feedings, baths and any medical requirements for the pups are taken care of
-Tidying up the front office area
-Uploading pictures of dogs at play to our website daily
-Assisting the CEO/owner with day-to-day ad-hoc office duties
The ideal candidate will have an upbeat and positive energy, exceptional customer service skills and a resourceful attitude.
Candidates must also love working with dogs and be accustomed to performing in a fast-paced environment. Pay commensurate with experience. Only candidates with prior front-office/ customer service experience need apply.
