This position represents a vital and high-potential member of our specialized team; charged with the successful management, coordination and proactive planning of our operational and administrative needs throughout North America.

Our desired candidate will provide:

? Direct support to the Director | Vehicle Supply, North America

be responsible for:

? Administrative management and coordination of our daily operations

? Client and Vendor support ( including management of receivables / payables / budget forecasting and general assistance )

? Quality Control Measures

? Time Management Leadership & Efficiencies

? Data Base Administration

For consideration, the desired candidate MUST possess the following qualifications:

? Outstanding computer-based expertise ( MS Office Suite -- all applications )
