OPERATIONS MANAGER

POSITION MISSION
The OPERATIONS MANAGER will be taking over a portion of the CEO's current internal operations portfolio, to drive continued scaling up of the company. You will be a key member of the management team and a driver of our growth, systems, and culture.
The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

? Bachelor's Degree (Masters is preferred)
? 3-5+ years' experience providing executive-level support

? Strategic Planning & Implementation abilities
? Technology savvy/computer savvy
? Entrepreneurial spirit
