Marketing Assistant Job Purpose:

The Marketing Assistant position will provide support to the Sales Associates, Accounting Department and the Principle of the company by performing administrative duties and organizational tasks. A Marketing Assistant must be able to balance multiple responsibilities at once with little supervision. Enthusiasm, professionalism and strong organizational skills are a must in this position.

MUST HAVE
? This is a full time position, schedule may vary, must be flexible.
? Must have VALID CA Driver License and reliable transportation.

Marketing Assistant Job Duties/Responsibilities:
? Support Sales Associates and keep track of sales leads, territories etc.
? Provide marketing assistance by working with our partners to continually improve the ranking of our website
? Provide research to, and personal assistance to, the company's principle
? Create and/or adjust marketing material for principles approval
? Keep track of sales commissions, sales associates and the statistics for those individuals
? Manage principle's daily schedule
? Communicate with and assist the accounting department
? Provide reports on various projects to management.
? Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates (into CRM); preparing and distributing monthly reports.
? Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.

Skills/Qualifications:
? Ability to use multiple programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft CRM, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and Illustrator to name a few.

Compensation:
? $10 - $12 per/hr, depending on experience
