REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
1) Talented writer. Experience writing Post Orders, memos
2) Very organized. Ability to schedule, keep track of hours, issue reports, order forms...
3) Detail-oriented
4) Must have guard card. A plus if you also have weapons permit but this is NOT required (having the first three qualities is much more important)
5) Must live within 30 minutes from Carson
6) Must have reliable transportation and a working cell number
7) Must be available to work immediately
8) Must be able to work 12 hour shifts (when necessary) and start immediately
9) Must have a computer and printer (or have access to one)
10) Strong customer service and PR skills. You must face and answer to a Board of Directors
11) Although mostly comprised of good, upstanding citizens there's supposed gang members who
live in the community and you must know how to peacefully encourage them to adhere to rules and regulations.
