We are currently looking for a full time Manager, who will be taking direction from the Administrator. The ideal candidate is able to multitask and keep up with a fast paced and growing environment.

We need a person who has the following qualifications:
• 15 to 20 years of experience managing apartments 74 units, passably a couple one person may work and the other stay home.
• Responsible,
• Reliable
• A team worker
• Good follow up ability
Will live in property
• Good communication skill
• Manage day-to-day operational and administrative duties
must know different programs in computer,do letters,
nonsmoking building
must have a car
must be able to read and write Spanish and English and compose letters .
• Organize and maintain calendar to coordinate work flow

• Compensation: Commensurate with experience
