Resident Manager/Maintenance Tech for 34unit apartment building (Central Los Angeles)

Job duties include basic resident manager responsibilities such as:
1. Collecting rent to pass on to upper management
2. Maintaining premises in a tidy, clean and operational condition
3. Tenant management: Receiving requests, posting/serving notices, problem solving, customer service
4. Coordinating with vendors and maintenance personnel
5. Preparing vacant units for rent
6. Showing vacant units to prospective tenants
7. Corresponding with upper management

Repair/maintenance skills a plus
Previous managerial experience a plus but not required
