Technicians will:
- Perform on-site evaluations of carpet, furniture and other textiles, and provide accurate and legible written estimates for customers.
- Use all company approved cleaning methods to clean carpet, furniture and other textiles and provide accurate and legible written invoices for customers.
- Report to work no later than 8:00 am and work until the assigned customers have been serviced. There is no specific quitting time.
Qualifications
- Capable of heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds).
- Takes an exhaustive approach to every task. Committed to giving 100% effort to each task.
- Communicates clearly and appropriately with customers and co-workers.
- Ensures that the customer receives a superior product or service. Listens attentively and responds effectively to customer complaints.
- Is team-oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.
- Makes good decisions by considering information and priorities.
- Has a solid understanding of the job and its duties and responsibilities.
- Valid drivers license with minimal or no moving violations
- Over the age of 21.
- Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
