We are a relocation consulting firm. We are retained by Southern California corporations when they hire an out of the area employee. It is our job to provide a customized program to help corporate newcomers sort through community, housing and school options available in southern California. We assist both renters and home buyers with their home finding. The ideal candidate will be thoroughly familiarity with LA, Orange and Ventura Counties (in that order). The successful candidate will be comfortable interacting with the full gamut of corporate employees: young executives to senior corporate leaders. Further, the ideal candidate will have superior written and verbal communication skills. Human resources professionals, relocation industry experts, and corporate generalists, will likely be the best match for our needs. Knowledge of real estate / housing values and the current rental market will be useful. Licensed, currently active Realtors would not be a match for our needs. We have a supportive, positive work environment and 25 years of being an industry leader in the relocation field. Our corporate accounts are well known, believe in our services, and believe their new employees should get the highest level of customer service when they move to the Greater Los Angeles area. We will only consider candidates who forward both their resume and a cover letter indicating their interest in our opening, and specific talents relevant to our needs.
