Under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist, the psychological assistant is responsible for
coordinating patient assesments, planning care, one to one therapy, and administering patient care for adults
participating in a medically supervised weight loss program.

Responsabilities:
* Provides necessary interventions, treatment and documentation at levels appropiate to the patient's age
and development level.
*Ability to work independently
* Contributes to clinical team development and performs additional team functions as required to maintain effective
customer service.
* Demonstrates clinical skills and judgement necssary to implement Treatment plan.
* Works within a transdiciplinary framework to ensure physcial health needs are addressed,.
* Addresses co-occurring disorders, factoring them into client's treatment plan.
* Connects clients to internal/external resources as appropiate, and as evidenced y documentation.
* Demonstrates awareness of transference and countertransference issues and addresses them as they
arise.
* Responsible for actively utilizing clinical supervision.
* Must be responsible for Reporting to the board hours and documentation for hours.

Min. Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Psychology (Or Qualifies to Start Clinical HOurs)
- Knowledge of mandatory reporting laws and their application in case situation
