Ingersoll Rand's Climate Solutions sector delivers energy-efficient HVACR solutions for customers globally. This individual would be responsible for daily operations to include facility maintenance and care, opening and closing on daily basis. Manages the daily work assignments and inventory to include fleet readiness and repair scheduling. Shipping and receiving. Manages the general safety and health needs of the workforce with Facilities Manager. Needs to have a working knowledge of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair. Trane product knowledge is desired. Ability to comprehend rental modifications and application needs. Tracks and communicates personal time, performance, vacation and time off to appropriate Manager. Use, care and operation of heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes and switcher truck. Manage and participate in an on-call rotation to support rental operations. Ability to handle other situations that may be required to maintain a smooth and continuous operation of the facility.
Travel up to 30% to support both facility and job site requirements.

? Direct work requirements, train team members involved with rental fleet maintenance activities
? Safety/housekeeping
? Refrigerant management control for the facility and rental fleet
? Timekeeping (work brain)
? Rental job order fulfillment
? Manage service work order and material inventory using Rental Services computer software
? Project management
? Rental equipment management
? On-call system and support
? Maintain 5740 Budget as directed
? Source services and special materials as required
? Travel up to but not limited to 30%
? Supervise all turnkey installations and decommissions
? Class A CDL drivers License preferred
