¦ Proficient in English
¦ Depressed (unipolar not bipolar depression)
And you are NOT currently taking an antidepressant medication (or willing to washout of your current medication), you may qualify for:
¦ study-related evaluation with staff clinician
¦ study-related testing and laboratory evaluations
¦ 2 in-person and 8 phone and internet visits
¦ small travel stipend
¦ study medication
You will be randomized to 1 of 3 commonly prescribed medications (Lexapro, Sertraline or Effexor XR) on your first visit.
