Part-Time Contract Admin/Personal Assistant:
This Part-Time Contract Admin/Personal Assistant position will be responsible for a wide variety of business and personal administrative assistant work. Work will be done both at the President's Tarzana home office as well as in a virtual work environment (such as from your home). In-office hours are somewhat flexible and varied but generally will be 3-4 days per week at 8:30AM-11:30AM. Work done in a virtual environment may be done at your convenience as long as deadlines are met. Work will average about 15-20 hours total per week.

Duties include, but are not limited to,
+ Creating and maintaining client contract spreadsheet logs on google docs
+ Office organization, filing, scanning, entering business card data in google contacts
+ Event planning and management (local)
+ Internet searches, phone call research, emailing
+ Occasional errands, other personal assistant related work as needed.

Requirements:
MUST know Google Docs - both creating and managing them, MS Word, Excel, Windows
**You will be tested on these skills.**
MUST possess good written and oral English business communication skills.
You should be a sharp / fast thinker with a can-do attitude and be highly organized
Professional demeanor a must.

Experience with creative professionals, licensing, Photoshop a plus.
Using social media to promote events, and email marketing experience a plus.
If you are chosen, you will need to agree to sign a non-disclosure agreement, independent contractor agreement, and submit to background /credit check.
Prefer Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Management.
