Role and Responsibilities

The Slaes Lead assists in managing retail store operations and supervises full time/part time associates. Must possess the ability to:

Build Talent – Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
1. Coach, develop and maximize the success of all Associates
2. Maximize sales potential by coaching Associate behaviors on the sales floor and in the back room (Maximize Customer Sales Lead (CSL))
3. Support team building activities
4. Recruit, hire and staff
5. Train Associate team
6. Retain top talent

Build Capability – Analyze the business and create/communicate clear action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities

4. Maximize zone priorities

REQUIREMENTS:
-Three to five years previous management experience.
-Proven ability to increase sales and store profitability
-Proven ability to network, recruit, interview, train, and develop associates
-Ability to travel periodically, as needed for meetings
-Ability to move medium to large items weighing up to 50 pounds
