Logistics Management Company is looking for bookeeper .
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. 3 years Accounting experience
- Good understanding of accounting concepts such as reports, cash flow, book and tax depreciation schedules, records of fixed assets, accruals, prepaid accounts, multiple company consolidations, etc.,
- Some experience with HR / personnel matters,
- Small company experience is preferred,
- Overall level of experience required: 3 years min, 5 years or more preferred.
- Logistics experience is highly preferred.
SCOPE OF THE JOB
- Perform book-keeping functions using QuickBooks
- Selected duties with respect to handling personnel files,
- Periodic analysis of employee benefits, Company profit and loss , etc.
- Managing A/P and A/R,
- Payroll and taxes
