Customer Service Representative (Santa Monica )

This is a full time position and we are looking to hire immediately.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Answer all customer phone calls
Assist customers with online orders and answer all customer questions
Must be familiar and knowledgeable of our juices and cleanse programs
Ensure that all customers are receiving the best possible customer service and always have pleasant consumer experiences
Reply daily to info emails and continuously communicate with customers as needed
Keep track of all product, delivery and general customer complaints and continuously work on systems and programs to eliminate delivery errors
Create FedEx labels and keep track of late shipments
Submit daily inventory counts for retail locations, offices, shipments and local deliveries
Prepare maps and daily deliveries for all next day local orders
Miscellaneous administrative tasks
Other job-related activities as requested

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point
Proficient in English, both in verbal and written word
Must have exceptional organization and planning skills
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner
Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision
Ability to maintain confidential company information in the strictest of confidence
Must be able to work weekends
Customer service experience is preferred
An interest in the health industry is a plus

This is a full time position (40 hours/week) and applicants must be available to work weekends.
