Requirements:
?Minimum of 1 year dispatching in a drayage and/or domestic environment
?Current knowledge of employment laws and D.O.T. regulations
?Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written to employees
?Possess computer experience: keyboarding ability is essential as is the ability to efficiently operate in a computerized environment
?Knowledge of geographic locations and the ability to calculate time and distance for these locations
?Strong analytical and problem solving ability
?The ability to assist in the management of driver turnover and retention
?The ability to train, motivate and assist in the development and growth of employees
