Trash out crew (Antelope Valley)

More infoOur company services bank-owned / foreclosed properties. We currently have a need for a reliable, detail-oriented trash out crew to service the Palmdale and Lancaster areas. As a trash out contractor, you will remove trash and perform janitorial and landscape services. Pictures of all work are required.

You will be 1099'ed and paid weekly for the prior week's work. Pay varies by job.

Things you will need:

Truck to haul equipment and trailer
Trailer with walls to haul trash
Crew (You'll need at least 1 person to help you)
Lawn equipment (mower, weed eater, blower, etc.)
Janitorial equipment (vacuum, mop, broom, etc.)
Generator
Droid phone - will take pics with phone app
Digital camera - back up for pictures
Computer with an internet connection
Must live in Palmdale or Lancaster - the work will not be profitable if you do not.

This is difficult work with strict requirements. If you are not willing to meet our standards or follow the deadlines and picture requirements, please do not respond. Pay is moderate but fair.
