? prev ? next ? We are seeking residential techs for an exciting, dynamic West Hollywood treatment program. Dual diagnosis experience and knowledge of the recovery field is a must. Candidates for employment must be flexible, have excellent boundaries, customer service skills, and a willingness to grow and learn. Only candidates with treatment experience will be considered for the position.

Job Duties Include:
- Driving clients to and from meetings, outside appointments, and other therapeutic related appointments
- Communicate with shift supervisor and clinical staff via email and telephone
- Attend mandatory clinical meetings and staff trainings
- Excellent attention to detail in regard to all client documentation
- Ability to observe client behavior and report any noticeable changes
- Assist in deescalating when it occurs

Requirements for Employment
- At least 1 year of experience working in residential treatment required
- Valid driver's license
- Valid TB test
- CPR & First Aid certified
- Knowledge of recovery and the 12-step process

Overview:

Your business savvy will kick in as you assist with supply purchases and bids under management supervision. Your role is essential for maintaining our high level of customer service as well as the cleanliness and marketability of the community to renew and secure new leases.

Responsibilities:

?Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner
?Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area
?Assist service manager with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies at appropriate levels
?Comply with all personnel management policies and procedures
?Help service manager oversee completion of service requests in 24 hours or per community policy
?Help service manager ensure staff is motivated and functions as an effective team
?Maintain superior customer service relationship as per Gables Pledges of Customer Service
?Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors and supervisors
?Work with service manager to maintain effective preventative maintenance program
?Work with service manager to adhere to budget guidelines

Education

Professional Experience
?One to two years experience in community management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade. Renovation experience may be required for older properties built 5 or more years ago.

Attendance/Travel
?Ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year. Our community staffing limitations make it critical for you to work your scheduled hours consistently as well as overtime if necessary when requested.
?Ability to travel to company training classes or to work at other communities as requested
?On-call, after-hour emergency service may be required, with on-call staff required to live within a minimum distance to the community for efficient response time

Physical Requirements
?Hands-on repair and maintenance work constitutes majority of time and duties
?Must be able to move up to 50 pounds variable distances; mobility and flexibility to use ladders to heights in excess of 8 to 9 feet; ability to work outdoors in temperatures above 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit

Licenses/Equipment
?Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance is required; position requires own vehicle to fulfill all of job's functions
?EPA certification Type I and II
?Pest control , if performed in-house
?Other licenses and certifications as required by Gables, state or federal law
?Own set of basic hand tools; tools not provided by community

POSITION SCOPE

Empire provides pre-set, pre-qualified appointments from interested customers who are calling us and requesting a Sales Rep to come to their home! Sales Representatives can also generate additional income from building their own business, and collect on bonuses for those self generated leads (in addition to the commission for the lead). Positions are 100% commission with unlimited earning potential. Average earnings are $50-70K nationwide with our top performers making over $100K! Every day on the job is different from the last, which makes each day new and exciting! Limited positions are available.
