My project partners and I are looking for an up-and-coming chef to lead our kitchen for a new concept in Orange County. We are looking to give someone an incredible opportunity to run the BOH operation for a Spanish small plates-style concept that will showcase your skills, creativity, and technique!

Quite simply, we are at the "feeling out" stage so you should not hesitate to contact us and see what's possibly out here for you.

You MUST: 1.) Have at least 2 years experience as a head of BOH operations that includes administration, P&L management, inventory, scheduling, etc. (e.g. the unglamorous side of things). We are still a business, after all! 2.) Be able to show a portfolio/menus from previous restaurant work as well as your food ideas of the future. 3.) Have a true, vested interest in your career while being able to exude passion and love for what you do.
