Seeking a General Manager for a small community services district in southern Ventura County to work approximately 15 hours per month. Compensation will be between $50 and $80 an hour, depending on experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

Ok so here's the deal, my partner and I flip houses for a living and we sit on the Board of Directors for a local real estate investment club that is absolutely making huge waves in this market. We buy property we fix it up and we flip it and we are absolutely making a KILLING doing it. We are not some fly by night sham, or some guy on television trying to sell you his book, and we are definitely NOT selling a seminar at a hotel.

We are simply a tight nit group of people who got together learned how to flip houses and now formed a very recognized and successful investment club over the past 6 years.
