Our beautiful, state-of-the-art practice is located in Manhattan Beach, CA. We are seeking a medical assistant who has experience with medical and cosmetic dermatology and is passionate about providing outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate is hard working and a great team player.

Job Description and Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of medical and cosmetic Dermatology or Plastics.
* Must have knowledge of: Botox, dermal fillers, lasers and skincare products
* Ability to communicate comfortably and effectively with all types of people
* Provide consistent excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment with patience, thoroughness, honesty, kindness, and attention to detail
* Ability to be flexible and to work collaboratively in concert with a team

Immediate position available.

Must be able to perform back office duties such as medical, cosmetic and surgical procedures, prep billing and front office as needed, such as prescriptions, patient phone calls and scheduling.
Candidates must be polished, professional and have at least two years work experience. Dermatology or Plastic/cosmetic surgery background preferred. Experience with electronic medical records (Nextech) and dermatology coding/billing preferred.

Willing to train the right person with the right attitude. Looking for a smart, fast-learner who pays attention to detail and is able to anticipate physician and patient needs.

Must be Very clean with Great attitude, Good work ethic, Excellent customer service skills and Computer proficient.
Must be able to multi-task and work well in a busy, fast-paced, small group setting, willing to STEP UP to ensure proper office flow.
