Requirements:
? A minimum of three to five years fine dining experience in full-service, HIGH VOLUME, reputable dining establishment.
? Ability to communicate with guests and employees using a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand
request, respond with appropriate actions and provide accurate information.
? Strong knowledge of front of the house operations including foods, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques
and guest interaction.
? Ability to walk, stand and/or bend continuously to perform essential job functions.
? Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
? Possess a passion for food and wine and a strong desire for development and advancement.
? Have the ability to support the General Manager to coordinate the activities of the staff in order to deliver quality
product and service to all guest.
? Possess strong relationship skills and able to partner with their culinary counterpart.
? Exhibit working knowledge of scheduling.
