Sales Advisor/Product Specialist -- Professional Sound, Lighting, Video:
Description: Build relationships thru inbound and outbound sales activities with customers via phone, email, and Chat in order to secure their immediate and future business. Assists customers in after-the-sale care.

Experience: Outbound / Inbound experience with a professional telephone manner is desired, but not required. Full Training is provided. Some experience in sound, video or lighting desired.

Skills: Able to communicate effectively via phone and email. Attention to detail and attentive to excellent customer service. Must be highly motivated, professional, and organized. Excellent Follow-Up skills required. Continual technical training provided by the manufacturers. Computer experience with email, internet, and search engines required. Fluent English and Spanish is a plus.

Compensation: $10 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunity
