Sales Advisor/Product Specialist -- Professional Sound, Lighting, Video:
Description: Build relationships thru inbound and outbound sales activities with customers via phone, email, and Chat in order to secure their immediate and future business. Assists customers in after-the-sale care.

Experience: Outbound / Inbound experience with a professional telephone manner is desired, but not required. Full Training is provided. Some experience in sound, video or lighting desired.

Skills: Able to communicate effectively via phone and email. Attention to detail and attentive to excellent customer service. Must be highly motivated, professional, and organized. Excellent Follow-Up skills required. Continual technical training provided by the manufacturers. Computer experience with email, internet, and search engines required. Fluent English and Spanish is a plus.

Compensation: $10 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunity

-I am looking for two lead Post-Sound people to run a crew from home/work. This spreads out the workload and increases the pace.

THE PAY AND PHILOSOPHY:

All is deferred pay with points, credit and great folks to work with. Before some of you sneer and walk away I will point out that all my principle players in the past have gone on to greatness. However, if instant gratification and immediate financial gain is your need then these are not the projects for you. I work to not only complete these projects but create long term relationships and collaborators and have a remarkable team already but am having to expand.

I am committed to making and finishing films with no excuses. All the folks that I choose to work with are like minded and go on to greatness. I bring together industry pros with able but less experienced folks to try to not only get a project done but actually educate people (myself usually most of all) on creating and finishing projects.
