Answering phone calls, replying to emails and corresponding with customers online via our Live Chat systems and may include looking over returned items for defects or testing our products before shipping (will be trained to do so). Will be identifying customer needs, explain, promote and sell various products and services in a way that builds customer loyalty through courtesy, knowledge and friendliness.
Job Requirement:
Able to speak/understand Chinese or Spanish and MUST Fluent in English
18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED Required
Minimum 1 year customer service experience with emphasis on sales
Must be able to provide information fluently and accurately in writing and speech
Fast learner, hard working, well organized and self-motivated
Positive attitude, dynamic personality, good work ethic
Keyboarding skills (50 words+ per minute)
Arrive punctually on time on a daily basis
Proof / documentation of eligibility to work in the US
Successfully pass a background screening and our Customer Service Questionnaire Assessment
