Overall responsibilities:
- Desktop support and deployment -- Windows XP, Windows 7, Ghost imaging, Windows domain
- Windows Server 2003, 2008 Standard and Enterprise -- Installation and maintenance
- Windows Server application -- Active Directory, SQL, WSUS, DNS
- Wireless network support and deployment
- Email account maintenance -- Microsoft Online Services
- Point of sale -- Micros
- VOIP phone system maintenance -- Mitel, Avaya
- Antivirus -- Symantec Endpoint, Panda Antivirus, OfficeScan
- Backup -- Symantec Backup Exec, Retrospect
- Routers, Switches, Firewalls -- Cisco, Adtran
- Remote PC support -- PCAnywhere, Dameware
- Documenting SOPs
- Office Applications -- Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Linux and open source applications
- Assist in all new venue installations

Key areas of responsibilities:
- This role will be based 100% at a single client location who has 20 branches and venues throughout LA as well as a few remote sites.
- Coordinating vendors for support, onsite maintenance, and installations.
- Perform preventative maintenance on servers and workstations which includes antivirus, windows updates, memory, and storage checks.
- Remote support of desktop and application related issues.
- Assist team on projects that include network installs, wireless implementations, and new builds.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years in the Information Technology field.
- Preferably experience in the hospitality industry.
- Field support and remote support experience required.
- Handles themselves in a professional manner as this will be a customer facing role.
- Must be willing to drive to client sites. Mileage expense will be reimbursed.
