Administrative/Research Assistant, Media Investment Company - $45-55K

This position plays an active role in handling a high volume of research and assisting with essential office priorities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills and demonstrate an interest participating in research that will enhance this firm's client relationships and create growth opportunities within the media and entertainment sector.

Responsibilities:
? Conduct web-based research for special projects
? Compose, edit and proofread reports
? Facilitate communications and inform team members of changes and developments
? Coordinate calendars and schedules with an awareness of impending deadlines
? Reconcile expense reports and manage internal documents
? Take charge of additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
? 4-year degree required
? 1-3 years corporate administrative experience
? Knowledge of financial services and major players in the entertainment industry is a huge plus
? Highly analytical with a meticulous attention to detail
? Ability to work independently, balance competing priorities and solve problems creatively
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
