We are looking for a TALENTED individual who is dynamic, positive and motivated. Hopefully you are currently employed but looking for a long term opportunity with potential for growth.
This is a fast-paced environment and at times, stressful. We only want winners with a can do attitude.

1. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
? Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
? Responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports
? Oversee all contracts through closing
? Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
? Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
? Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
? Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members
? Maintain marketing presence through all channels to include online Social Media and print Placement of postcard orders, newspaper ads, virtual tours

2. REGULAR WORK ACTIVITIES
? System development, implementation, and management
? Marketing
? Oversight of contracts through closing
? Customer/vendor relations
? Bookkeeping (A/R and A/P)
? Manage agent calendar, schedule and emails
? Complete daily tasks

4. REQUIREMENTS
? You must have a reliable car & smart phone with camera and texting plan
? Naturally neat, clean, and organized in your personal life
? Candidates must have 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced setting. Real Estate experience is HIGHLY preferred!
? Be willing and available to attend extracurricular events occasionally

Salary will vary depend on experience $26k to $35k a year.
