RESPONSIBILITIES to include but not limited to:
Answering inbound phone calls
Shipping and packaging
Front/back office sales
Customer Service
Data entry
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient computer skills with all aspects of Microsoft Office and Outlook
QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
Ability to follow instructions, multitask, prioritize, and take initiative
Courteous, professional attitude, reliable, and honest
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service and sales knowledge is a huge plus
Ability to work independently or as a team
Must be highly organized and responsible

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
