An established, fast-growing online retailer is seeking a dynamic, experienced, full-time professional. Our company operates several unique online fragrance stores. Unlike traditional perfume retailers, we use online technology to market to our customers and drive traffic to our web properties that offer our products. Each website we operate presents our product in a different way. This means we can appeal to a broad demographic as well as monitor purchasing habits and tastes of various online surfers.
The Position
This is a unique opportunity for the individual that wants to be actively involved in a variety of customer service and management activities. In this role, you will be responsible for daily and weekly operational tasks, such as responding to customer service inquiries (via email, phone, and instant messaging), ensuring consistent/accurate delivery of customer orders, and developing operations protocols to make our team more efficient.
Qualifications
- AA (or equivalent) required, BS or BA degree from a four-year college preferred
- A minimum 2+ years of customer service experience required
- Leadership skills; Effectively take ownership and responsibility
- Ability to make sound independent decisions, while knowing when to seek advice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and CRM software
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Punctual and responsible: We run a very lean operation, attendance is critical
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
