-General Summary-
Local Contractor of a construction company is looking to hire a skilled laborer with a skill in carpentry work especially I'm the field of wood framing.
Responsibilities also include tough framing of residential structures from floor joists to walls to rafters to sheathing, and general customer service.
-Desired Requirements-
The ideal candidate must possess good people skills, be punctual and reliable. Must have experience of paid skilled labor jobs. Must have knowlege of all types of construction work.
The successful candidate must also have good communication skills and deal well with people.
Compensation-
This is a part time opening for the time, but depending on your skills can quickly turn into a full time position.
Position starts off at $15.00 an hour, but depending on skills can increase. A gas allowance
Most work is based in the Long Beach area, so a local candidate is desirable.
Must have transportation (a truck is very desirable), and owning your own tools is a plus (tools can be provided if not)
