Customer Service/Collections Objectives Provide friendly, informative Customer Service to paying and non-paying customers alike Reduce the delinquency balances of 11-29 day delinquent accounts Responsibilities: Meet collection and call-volume (in-bound and out-bound) goals, both as an individual and as part of a team. Adhere to all regulatory and company standards relating to Collection practices and internal Service Level standards Requirements: The following are REQUIREMENTS. Please do not apply if you do not have demonstrated proof of the following: Must be able to make 120- 140 calls on a daily basis (incoming & outgoing) Verify information on every call taken. Notate properly. Prior Call Center/Collections experience. Able to work two late nights a week as well as overtime as needed (including weekends). Will be required to meet monthly goals (individual and team) Ability to quote pay off's, answer simple questions, such as account information, etc. Must be open with availability/flexible schedule Not have any excessive tardiness and/or attendance issues. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with Dialer systems. Bilingual English/Spanish
