Assistant Administrative Manager (Chatsworth)

This is a full time position which requires focus, patience and above all, dedication. This is a great position for anyone with assistant management experience wanting to expand in the Home Improvement industry

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Training incoming employees (handling all applications, tax forms, etc)
Working with dialer system to refresh leads
Monitoring marketers during shifts
Soft confirming booked appointments
Transferring all booked appointments to dispatch
Inputting customer info into company CRM
Reporting to Business Management

Requirements:
Prior experience in management
Previous experience working with a marketing Dialer
Experience in Home Improvement a PLUS
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Reliable (consistently committed to attendance)
Organized

Salary is $120/day (paid weekly) for a 3 month probationary period after which a review will determine whether you are suited to continue on our team with a negotiable
raise in salary.
