Must be knowledgeable about local, state and federal employment laws and regulations when developing and managing employment programs.
Support and guide employees regarding Company policies and procedures. Resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations when necessary. Must be an effective communicator (including both written and verbal) and have the ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision. Requires flexible work hours as necessary. The position pays $8-9/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
