we are currently seeking a high-energy office assistant to provide administrative and general office support. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, aggressive to exceed goals, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Position Summary:

As a Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to the Director of Sales by processing sales orders, providing quoting assistance, update our CRM database, and respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

? Organizes all files related to a tax and/or accounting engagements, including accepting and processing documentation, creating folders, labels and engagement letters.
? Answers phones, delivers personable, exceptional customer service / phone skills and demonstrates genuine enjoyment working with people and helping others
? Assembly of tax returns of all types and related filings, including preparation of letters, labels, envelopes, invoices.
? Demonstrates advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office applications
? Manages sensitive and critical client information
? Enters nonbillable and billable time of all employees into our billing software on a daily basis
? Responsible for monthly invoicing and accounts receivable, work-in-process adjustments, posting, month-end closing processes

Minimum Requirements:

? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? A year or more previous experience
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Requirements:

Experience answering phones.
- Exceptional Customer Service.
- Ability to multitask.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Computer knowledge with experience using Microsoft Office and Excel

Responsibilities Also Include:

? Provides customer with order status to ensure customer satisfaction.

? Receives and places orders with appropriate vendors

? Maintain accurate tracking of orders

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalency

A year or more of office experience

Excellent customer service skills. Must be able to effectively and courteously deal with customers on a regular basis.

Good telephone personality characterized by a well modulated tone of voice and courteous manner to communicate clearly and tactfully.

Excellent computer skills; familiar with Windows environment, experienced with Excel, Word, MS Office and Quickbooks.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels, team player

Strong organizational and proof-reading skills

Attention to detail critical
