Seeking an experienced Multi-Unit District Manager to support and motivate teams serving fresh-made to order food for a very successful franchise. The volume of business to oversee is significant, at close to $8M per year, 5 restaurants and a team of 60+ employees.

The various locations that directly serve the customers need the stability of a proven leader, who knows how to run successful multiple site operations in a profitable manner, with a creative and ambitious spirit. The successful candidate is results-driven and knows that both employees and customers are of vital importance. S/he also knows:

how to make multiple dining venues operate at the same high level,
the importance of a "can do" atitude and is willing to roll up sleeves and jump in wherever needed,
how to be effective in a highly mobile environment... office on the go,
that even the best concepts need to be kept fresh,
his/her way around financial statements,
how to create memorable dining experiences in a casual setting,
the value of a team plan and its execution one step at a time,
how to appear to be in multiple locations simultaneously.

Ideal candidates should have an upbeat and energetic personality, be versed in scheduling, have experience meeting or exceeding budgeted labor costs through effective management, and possess skills to motivate and develop staff.
The personality that will rise to the surface is one that is hard working, able to handle pressure, detail-oriented, but always mindful of the big picture.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years' experience successfully managing multiple location, high-volume, restaurants.
Applicant requirements:
*3 years multi unit restaurant management experience.
*Possess excellent communication and people skills
*Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
*Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dedicated.
*Full knowledge of P&L, food cost, and labor percentage
*Must possess a valid CA drivers license and insurance.
*College degree preferred

Duties:
*Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurant
*Resolve customer complaints.
*Ability to hire, train, supervise and lead restaurant staff.
*Mentor General Managers and staff to exceed sales goals..
*Maintain budget, employee records, prepare payroll, and monitor bookkeeping records.
*Total receipts and balance against sales/inventory.
*Master food preparation.
Work with GM's on maintenance of restaurant facility and equipment.
Monitor ordering and inventory control
Bilingual in Spanish and English (not required, but a big plus)
