Qualification Requirements
You will provide leadership, including utilizing, expressing and teaching our purpose and promise, as well as Essential Seven for the Club and their members, as well as creating an environment that empowers employees and members to do their best work.
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and /or ability required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
You will oversee the support staff and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include overseeing the Personal Training Supervisor and Spa Supervisor and other direct reports on the day-to-day department activities, including overall workload schedule, personnel issues, payroll and work environment. Responsible for interviewing, hiring and training, performance appraisals, addressing complaints and resolving problems with employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
As the Ambassador of the club, you will be responsible for the oversight, customer service, profitability, and daily operations of the health club facility including but not limited to:
? Sales, new member acquisition, lead generation (community out-reach), retention, service penetration and club usage,
? Manage total gym revenue and controllable expenses to budget,
? Plans and promotes special events for the club,
? High quality and consistent member experience,
? Staff development and retention,
? Member and employee safety,
? Daily paperwork, documentation
? Holds sales, safety and other operational meetings and participates in GM meetings,
? Facility maintenance,
? Participation in creating club budget,
? Adherence to all policies and procedures, including, but not limited to all safety, legal and ethical requirements. profitability, and daily
? Sales orientation
? Excellent customer service orientation
? Project Management
? Leadership (coaching, build relationships, holding staff accountable, motivating, champion of change)
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Communication
? Problem solving
? Microsoft Office Suite
? Point of Sales System (ABC's Data Trak preferred)

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Health or Wellness and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five (5) years of sales experience (B to C preferred). Minimum three (3) years progressive management experience.

Certifications/Licenses:
First Aide
AED/CPR
ACE, NASM, ACSM preferred
