JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is under direct supervision of V.P. for Business Development. Sales Manager will be in- charge of sales department's staff and responsible for management of sales and appropriate relationship with particular customers. He/she will be managing designated key accounts and will plan, direct & coordinate the actual distribution or movement of a product or service to the customer. Sales Manager will assist VP for Business Development in coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. He/she will be expected to analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.

TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
? Supervise sales department's personnel.
? Attain sales objectives as well as customer satisfaction consistently.
? Contribute to attain international, regional as well as national goals and objectives.
? Provide outstanding customer service along with sales support to attain desired customer satisfaction.
? Manage every aspect of the business through computer-based customer relationship management program.
? Develop and implement business plan at territory level to stimulate product usage, acceptance, and customer satisfaction.
? Completes essential administrative tasks vital for sales accounts position.
? Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specific time-frame.
? Tracks personal sales statistics and submits them to VP for Business Development for period reviews.
? Builds customer base by meeting with potential clients and educating them on the benefits of the products.
? Developing existing accounts to maximize full potential.
? Pro-active collaboration between multiple departments (purchasing, accounting, marketing, logistics) to achieve sales goals.
? Keen knowledge and experience utilizing technical sales and customer service skills.
? Must have an admirable knack for closing business deals.
? 3+ years of proven success handling B2B clients.
? Strong written and verbal communications skills.
? Must possess strong negotiation skills.
? Must be willing to commit to recurring domestic and international travel.
? Exposure/Experience on consumer electronics, video games, mobile devices or toys industry -- a BIG PLUS!
? Must have reliable transportation.
? Must have impressive attendance profile.
? Must be able to work long hours if necessary.

EDUCATION:
Range from a High School Diploma, Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree.
Coursework to consider include retail management, marketing, business management & any related business/sales courses.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Salary: A competitive compensation package (basic rate plus commission) will be offered to the successful candidate - to be determined upon interview
Commission: Tier/structure - to be provided upon interview
Performance Bonus: Annual
