The Copy Writer will compose engaging, concise and search engine optimized copy for promotional material and product descriptions. This position will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure accurate and timely publishing of online content on our e-commerce website.

Job Responsibilities:

? Compose simple, clean, and effective marketing copy that speaks to the customers while following our content guideline.
? Review, edit and rewrite texts for content suitability, grammar, comprehensibility and search engine optimization.
? Work on special content projects as requested by the marketing teams.

Job Requirements:

? BA degree in English, Liberal Arts or equivalent experience is preferred but all students are welcome.
? Proficiency in vlookup and basic HTML knowledge preferred
? Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel.
? Adept command of American English grammar and excellent communication skills.
? Previous experience in writing and editing marketing copy a plus.
? Good understanding of e-commerce business and internet advertising.
? Ability to handle a variety of ongoing, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
? Independent and quick learner with exceptional attention to details.
? Professional, personable and ability to cooperate as a team player.
? Part Time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday for about 20 hours per week.

Executive Assistant / Vendor Relation Liaison

Job Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant / Vendor Relation Liaison, you will be expected to provide reliable, proactive, executive-level support while covering a variety of different tasks and duties. Under moderate supervision, acts as a liaison between vendors and organization to manage daily activities involving ongoing projects. Serves as the escalation point of contact for high profile vendors and internal and external customers.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

? Overall strong coordination and executive support of daily activities, projects, meetings and events, as well as travel, internal and external communications with employees, customers, affiliate partners and guests.
? Scheduling, attending and/or providing administrative support for meetings, training classes, surveys, vendor fairs and key projects.
? Facilitates development of relationships with vendors, maintain relationships for long-term contracts and mediates performance issues.
? Participates in the development of products, service standards, and development efforts that impact the business area.
? Serves as the escalation point of contact for high profile vendors and internal and external customers.
? Handling customer inquiries and requests.
? Maintaining confidential files and records--paper and electronic documents .
? Handling phone calls, voicemails, emails, etc.
? Compiling reports (Excel).
? Proofing documents.
? Drafting correspondence, flyers and brochures.
? Displaying professionalism at all times, both internally and externally
? Projects assigned by immediate manger.

Requirements

As an Executive Assistant / Vendor Relation Liaison, you must be highly conscientious and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You must also be very detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks & projects as well as the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels within and outside of the organization.

Specific qualifications for the Executive Assistant / Vendor Relation Liaison position include:

? Bachelor's Degree (all majors are welcome).
? Ability to host meetings and is highly confident to speak in group meetings.
? Minimum five years of experience providing executive support
? Outstanding customer service skills
? Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly
? Expert level of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook
? Strong technology skills/Tech Savvy a big plus.
? Able to type 50 to 60 Words Per Minute
? Strong basic math skills
