Other than being an awesome actor (i'm sure you are), you need to speak both English and Mandarin FLUENTLY because the lines will be in both. There will be many lines in Mandarin and half of the target audience are Chinese, so we need a real Mandarin speaker.
The feature length film is based on a story I've published on a chinese magazine. A publisher will publish the story as a book in May, and I'm also working with an editor to make it into a graphic novel, as a way to pave the way for the movie. Here is the log line of the movie: Merlin has sacrificed his tomorrows to live backward, hoping to someday arrive at the day when he first met his wife, in order to save her from ever having met him in the first place, from dying as a result of his neglect. Every day that takes him one step closer to then teaches him a thing or two about being a better man, a better husband.
