The job involves performing residential mortgage field inspections. Must have an Android phone with 2.2 OS. Must also have the following:

1. Valid CA drivers license and insurance
2. Economical car (30+ mpg)
2. Laptop computer with ability to send/receive email, attach photos
3. Printer,/Scanner/Fax machine
4. Digital Camera
5. Would prefer experienced inspector but will train the right person
6. Reliable
7. Able to follow directions and deliver work on time.
8. This is a part time position
