Property Inspector/Driver

Looking for a property inspector/driver to inspect foreclosure properties 4-6 hours/day. A good candidate will have some real estate and/or construction experience and will be able to quickly analyze, document and photograph selected properties.

Spanish speaking a plus.

Monday through Friday -- 8:30 to approx 2:30
$15/hour plus bonuses (depending on experience).

4. Digital Camera
5. Would prefer experienced inspector but will train the right person
6. Reliable
7. Able to follow directions and deliver work on time.
8. This is a part time position
